The changing landscape of enterprise cabling demands more from the test equipment you rely on. TestPro CV100 is purpose-built to ensure infrastructure readiness across smart building technologies cost-effectively. With hot-swappable test adapters, a single TestPro handles roles that traditionally required multiple instruments — from installation-phase certification through implementation-phase device validation.

During the installation phase, TestPro can certify Cat 6A in seconds, including all standards test parameters plus extras such as DC Resistance Unbalance, TCL, ELTCTL, and distance-to-fault for RL, NEXT and Shield. Tier 1 fiber-optic certification is built in, and Tier 2 certification is unlocked with the OTDR adapter. Both copper and fiber tests support LiveWiremap™ with instant audible and visual end-to-end connectivity confirmation.

During the implementation phase, a rich test suite assures infrastructure readiness for the modern endpoints you deploy: digital lighting, wireless access points, security cameras, environmental sensors and more.

Overview

About AEM Network Service Assistant

No longer do users have to choose between buying a qualification network tester or a cable certifier. The NSA bridges the gap with a Qualification+ hybrid solution featuring Certi-Lite™. Certi-Lite follows the ANSI/TIA 1152-A single-ended testing standard for many of the same parameters used in bi-directional certification. While single-ended testing does not qualify for cable manufacturer warranty approval, it provides a deeper level of cable testing — well beyond a simple wiremap — for users who do not require warranty submission.

IT departments often need to ensure cabling infrastructure meets a given test standard to support a specific application or moves/adds/changes work. Historically this required two or three different testers spanning wired, wireless, and certification capabilities — which becomes cost-prohibitive. The NSA delivers all of this at a fraction of the cost, and because it is modular, expanding its test capability is as simple as hot-swapping an adapter.

Out of the box, the platform performs full Tier 1 (Basic) fiber certification per TIA-568 and ISO/IEC 14763-3, validating link loss against application or generic cabling limits. Add the OTDR adapter to unlock Tier 2 (Extended) characterization — locating events, measuring reflectance, and producing detailed link traces that satisfy critical project documentation requirements.

The AEM OTDR adapter changes that — by snapping onto the existing TestPro CV100 or Network Service Assistant, the very tester your team already uses for copper and Tier 1 fiber instantly becomes a full Tier 2 OTDR.

The adapter performs traditional OTDR measurements — locating fusion splices, mechanical connections and macro-bends, measuring reflectance, and characterizing total link loss with event-by-event detail. Combined with the integrated Tier 1 autotest, technicians can document a complete Tier 1 + Tier 2 certification in a single workflow, producing standards-compliant reports without leaving the field.

About AEM Patch Cord Test System

Patch cord quality is the single most-overlooked source of network performance issues — a great installation can be defeated by a bad patch cord. Manufacturers under increasing pressure to deliver verified-quality Cat 6A and Cat 8 patch cords need a production-line solution that can certify every cord, not just samples.

The AEM Patch Cord Test System is purpose-built for this challenge. The MMVNA-200 vector network analyzer connects through patch-cord termination fixtures that mimic the standard mated channel — measuring full RF parameters (Insertion Loss, NEXT, FEXT, Return Loss, propagation delay) plus DC continuity (open, short, miswire, resistance) on every patch cord in seconds.

Pass/fail evaluation against TIA-568 / ISO 11801 component-level patch cord limits is automatic. Production reports are traceable, audit-grade, and exportable to PDF, CSV or directly to the customer's MES system over TCP/IP.

About DTRI SDR RF Communication System

The DTRI SDR RF Communication System is a field-ready, software-defined radio platform built for India's strategic defence, drone and space programmes. It combines a core RF & DSP single-board computer (SBC) with a credit-card-sized SDR module, giving operators a complete transmit/receive chain that is secure, dynamic and resilient in contested RF environments.

Spanning 100 kHz to 3.8 GHz with 30.72 MHz of instantaneous bandwidth, the system supports frequency hopping, spectrum sensing and multiple digital modulation schemes for voice, data and real-time 720p video. A secure point-to-point link operates over distances around 1 km today, with an extended 10 km range, AES-256 encryption and LDPC channel coding on the roadmap.

Because it is a full-stack SDR, the platform needs no external PC or network to operate. It is rugged, compact and lightweight — the SDR module is small enough for UAV payloads — making it ideal for tactical field deployment, drone and UGV links, spectrum monitoring, and space & satellite testing.

Overview

About Battery Management System (BMS)

The Huezone BMS platform is an integrated architecture that brings together hardware, firmware, software, data-collection interfaces, a gateway and cloud analytics with two-way command and control. The hardware manages up to 17S battery cells and scales to 300S (any series/parallel combination) through a primary/secondary device architecture.

It is AIS 156 compliant, with a microcontroller, eight temperature sensors, local SD-card storage, CAN 2.0 and Bluetooth, plus mobile and PC applications. State-of-Charge (SOC) and State-of-Health (SOH) are estimated using advanced algorithms, and embedded passive cell balancing keeps packs healthy at up to 200 mA per cell.

An add-on Power Distribution Unit (PDU) extends the BMS with a solid-state-relay power-delivery circuit that protects the pack against load-side short circuits. With pre-charge circuitry and a fully integrated current sensor, the PDU handles up to ±400 A continuous discharge and integrates into a single enclosure with the BMS board.

Overview

About Battery Energy Storage System (BESS)

The Huezone BESS is a world-class indigenous energy storage system — 100% Indian across all sub-systems and components. It is offered as a portable 3–10 kW unit and as a containerized 22–50 kW system, both built on LFP cells (3.2 V nominal, 314 Ah, 16S × 1P).

Each system integrates a Battery Management Unit (BMU), a Container BMS (CBMS), a Power Distribution Unit (PDU), a Battery Junction Box, display, power controllers, firmware/software and an analytics platform. The BMU measures voltage, temperature and current with eight sensors per module, uses passive balancing and air cooling, and delivers 300 A continuous / 500 A peak discharge.

The CBMS connects 26 BMS modules in series (416S × 1P) with isolated CAN, RS485 and UART communication, insulation measurement, leakage detection, and fuse/contactor/relay control. The result is a battery-agnostic, safety-compliant platform that can absorb voltage sag, surges and grid fluctuations, and is easily upgradable to mil-grade standards.
